20/08/2024: Ruego a ustedes pedir a sus empleados que si encienden la televisión la pongan con el volumen mínimo o que de plano no la enciendan. Nos gustan el café, los helados y la pastelería, pero también vamos a la sucursal de Atlixco a leer o a conversar con los amigos, lo que impide el ruido de la tele y a veces el de sus aparatos. 09/12/2021: Des glaces de très bonne qualité: sorbets et crème faites avec des produits 100 pour cent naturels. Des nouveaux parfums sont introduits selon la saison des fruits. Café aux arômes équilibrés de la région du Chiapas dans une ambiance sympathique et décontractée. Hautement conseillé comme Maison des Glaces ou "Gelateria" authentique.

26/11/2023: This is the main restaurant at the Riu Palace Mexico where we spent our holiday from 30th September to 14th October. In short the food here was top notch, quality food, plenty of choice, friendly attentive staff. Open daily for breakfast from 07.00 to 11.00 and reopens at 18.30 till 22.00 for dinner. There is seating available inside this large L shaped restaurant as well outside under the covered terrace. All food served was served buffet style from the various hot and cold food stations within the restaurant. Let's start with breakfast, there was everything here on offer to have a wonderful breakfast. The were usual culprits available including bacon, sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, a selection of fried bread and more There were chefs on hand cooking omelettes to order, boiled, fried and scrambled eggs. There were eggs cooked in Mexican sauce. An entire section was devoted entirely to Mexican food including burritos, enchiladas, tacos and so much more In the bakery and patisserie sections, a variety of breads were available, including bread for toasting, toaster nearby, several types of rolls, pastries and cakes were also on offer. A member of staff was on hand blending fresh fruit juices and smoothies It was even possible to have a roast dinner at breakfast time There was a station where there was a chef preparing crepes. He returned in the evening and there was a chocolate fountain and dipping fruit nearby. In the evening there was such an array of specially prepared starters, salads, cold meats and vegetables to chose from An Italian section served pizzas, pastas and accompanying sauces. There was also a Mexican section with a wide choice of local foods. A carvery station served up roast meats, fish and vegetables . Some evenings there were special themed food nights to add to the existing vast variety of choices of quality food. The best bit was the dessert section, very dangerous for calorie counters, but it is a holiday so calories don't count so tuck in and enjoy. At both breakfast and dinner there is so much choice of quality food, the hard bit is choosing what to have. In the morning, friendly staff, were on hand to serve teas and coffees. In the evening they served wines, beers and waters at the table.

26/04/2024: Vinimos a este lugar ya que leímos que tenía buenas reseñas. Sin embargo el servicio en tiempo de espera tanto en comida como bebidas fue deficiente. Media hora para 2 vasos de agua. Éramos 7 personas, pedimos pasta el pesto, con la pasta mal cocinada, pasta con camarones y zucchini sin sabor ni sazón, carpaccio de pulpo el cual nunca nos dijeron que tenía papa, en lo personal no nos gustó y unos camarones al mojo de ajo, que en realidad eran fajitas de camarón… La mesera fue muy amable sin embargo el servicio en general del lugar tanto como bares y cocina pésimo.

08/04/2024: Fuimos un grupo grande a cenar y todo estuvo espectacular. La comida nos sorprendió mucho, Hectore cocina mejor que cualquier mamma italiana! La pasta con almejas y mejillones al vino blanco estaba deliciosa! Y segun mi esposo el tiramisú es de los mas ricos que ha comido en su vida. Hectore nos regalo limoncello y grapa al terminar. Regresamos a cenar a los dos días porque a mis hijos les gusto mucho y Hectore nos consintió mucho.
