Llevamos una muy mala experiencia , fuimos
Con 6 niños de entre 3 a 9 años, entre ellos unas gemelas de 9 años, ( una de ellas es mas alta que la otra,) como siempre corrieron a los juegos y nos llevamos la sorpresa que no dejaron pasar a una de ellas, por que rebasaba la altura , entendemos que hay un límite , pero una semana antes la habían dejado pasar , y además son niños, como adulto, tú entiendes los límites , pero
No le puedes decir a una niña que su hermana si puede pasar y ella no , cuando tienen la misma edad , ni le puedes decir que sus 5 primos puedes jugar y ella no, cero empatía de parte del gerente y del personal de Boston.

18/04/2024: Desafortunadamente, los Potheads en Tulum centro no dan la cerveza especial 2 por 1. Anuncian dos cervezas a 50 pesos de 14 a 19 pero no lo respetan. Sin embargo, sí lo hacen en la carretera de la playa. No pedimos comida, solo cerveza. El camarero no fue muy acogedor. Parecía incómodo.

27/02/2024: This Starbucks is inside the Tulum archaeological site, very convenient for the visitors. However, something really curious happened to me. I've been in many Starbucks around the world and in the last times I like to order dragon drink everywhere. I usually ask with few ice or no ice at all and it was the first and unique time that they wanted to charge me more for asking with no ice. The girl explained me that they had to add more coconut milk to complete the size. Then I asked with few ice because I didn't want to pay such an absurd difference and they gave me a drink with more than the half of the cup full of ice. I wonder if the full ice version was any sort of granita or what. Even at the airport of Cancun where everything is expensive, they didn't charge me more for a dragon drink with no ice. Also the place is small, nothing special, and certainly the staff is not friendly at all.
14/02/2024: We stopped by Starbucks as an impromptu visit after finishing up with a hot walk at the Tulum archaeological ruins. On exiting we noticed the line for the bathroom was a good 50 people long and we recalled seeing Starbucks across the street - what a perfect opportunity for an iced coffee and a quick trip to the loo!
My partner was very thankful to see the Mango Dragonfruit refresher on the menu given it is only a limited edition drink in the Uk! I opted for a pretty standard iced caramel macchiato which was to be as expected. Despite our order being pretty "regular" it almost tasted like the best I've experienced at a Starbucks - whether they use better coffee in Mexico or the heat getting to me has to be decided.
The service was great, friendly and spoke good English. All in all an easy and great experience!
