We stopped by Starbucks as an impromptu visit after finishing up with a hot walk at the Tulum archaeological ruins. On exiting we noticed the line for the bathroom was a good 50 people long and we recalled seeing Starbucks across the street - what a perfect opportunity for an iced coffee and a quick trip to the loo!
My partner was very thankful to see the Mango Dragonfruit refresher on the menu given it is only a limited edition drink in the Uk! I opted for a pretty standard iced caramel macchiato which was to be as expected. Despite our order being pretty "regular" it almost tasted like the best I've experienced at a Starbucks - whether they use better coffee in Mexico or the heat getting to me has to be decided.
The service was great, friendly and spoke good English. All in all an easy and great experience!
