El personal es amable, conocedor, atento y dedicado a brindar un excelente servicio. La comida fue de primera, ¡no te pierdas el ceviche, el cóctel 'La Ruta' y los excelentes vinos mexicanos!

Mi experiencia en Zibu, ubicado en el hotel Life Aqua, fue agradable desde el principio. Nos recibieron cordialmente y nos asignaron un lugar central, cerca de la chimenea, lo cual fue ideal debido al clima frío. Probé el tequila con limón y clamato, destacando la delicia del clamato con un sabor espectacular. La elección de platos incluyó tacos de Rib Eye (8/10), pulpo a la brasa (9/10) y una pavlova perfecta (10/10) cuya presentación impecable elevó la experiencia culinaria. El personal fue atento y amable, ofreciendo recomendaciones acertadas que se adaptaron a nuestro apetito moderado, demostrando un conocimiento destacado. Aunque el ambiente era ameno, la presencia de muchos niños no fue de mi agrado. La decoración moderna y elegante contribuyó positivamente a la experiencia.

¡Uno de los mejores desayunos y cenas en SMA! La pesca del día fue pargo y, Dios mío, fue el mejor pargo que he probado. Los tacos de pechuga también fueron increíbles. El servicio también fue excelente y el ambiente también. Si estás en la zona te recomiendo hacer una reserva aquí.

El ambiente y lugar son excepcionales, el servicio también es de calidad, sin embargo sugiero revisar el diseño de platillos.

El servicio fue terrible: era una noche tranquila con muchos camareros y todavía nos ignoraban. El camarero me pidió que confirmara el monto de la propina mientras observaba, lo que hizo imposible dar una propina honesta. Tuve que ir al bar para tomar una segunda copa de vino ya que el camarero era MIA, lo que provocó incomodidad.

Excellent dining experience at Zibu restaurant SMA. Our waiter Amir greeted us at reception and took a couples photo for me and my wife before even checking us in. We were seated indoor in a beautiful restaurant setting. We had cocktails from the bar, which were very good, and our meal was delicious (appetizer including grilled octopus, salad, soup, main dishes, and very tasty dessert). Service was exceptional, and price was reasonable for the quality of food. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Cuisine is fusion Mexican-Thai.
