The Hungry Shark, México en Los Cabos

This unassuming little beach restaurant prepared our best meals during our stay on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. Fresh red snapper, fresh sautéed vegetables and yummy mashed potatoes served like a gourmet restaurant. This meal brought us back two more times where the chef prepared the Marlin that we caught. Blackened, tempura, garlic butter and lime juice with salt and pepper. Served with homemade tortillas and all the trimmings. Perfection! Service excellent! Shout out to Javier! We will be back!

Pablo and Raul were very attentive in giving us great service. The salmon, red snapper rib eye were delicious!! Cooked perfect with great flavor. The bacon wrapped asparagus and all the vegetables were really good. Loved the view eating watching the boats coming in. Highly recommend it and will come again.
