Restaurante Tailhunter en La Paz

Este lugar prepara los mejores tacos de pescado empanizados que comí durante mi estancia en la Paz. Súper recomendable lugar, los meseros están al pendiente. Me gustó tanto que hicimos 2 cenas y 1 comida en este lugar. La vista que tiene el lugar es genial! Desde la terraza vimos desfilar muchos autos geniales que pasan por la costera.

Estuve aquí un domingo. El personal es amable y servicial. Las bebidas son geniales. Los tacos son ENORMES e increíbles. Además, la banda era realmente buena.

Fantástica vista desde el segundo piso frente al Malecón. ¡Los mejores tacos de pescado de Baja California!

Fuimos 3 veces cuando estuvimos en LaPaz. Las hamburguesas enormes y el pescado estaban buenos. Grandes vistas del océano. Pantalla grande para juegos arriba. Bonita zona de estar en el piso de arriba con fogata para las noches frescas.

¡Tengo suerte de que mi novio no se haya roto un diente! Había dos piedras en sus nachos, probablemente de los frijoles. Esto me hizo preguntarme si incluso limpiaron y enjuagaron los frijoles. Las margaritas estaban bastante ricas. Su servicio fue excelente. En general, mi familia pensó que la comida era mediocre. Nada de lo que comimos aquí nos impresionó. Tenían música en vivo (en inglés), lo cual era agradable, pero el ambiente era demasiado americano. Queríamos que nos encantara este lugar ya que fue muy recomendado pero no volveremos.

La comida muy rica y las bebidas las prepararán muy bien , los recomiendo

Jonathan and Jilly at TailHunter are awesome!!! They treated us like family!!! All the food we had was excellent, as well as the meals and our fish caught and cooked by the Tail Hunter restaurant! (Best. Tacos. EVER!).

HMMM - I thought as I read rave reviews such as this one about The Tailhunter - located right on the Malecon along the Bay of La Paz: "We dined here the first night and it was so good - we just kept coming back." Sounds super - but I/we like to explore new places when visiting - and have been fortunate to enjoy very tasty fresh fish in distant locales such as Scotland, Paris and Provence/The Riveria/San Tropez, Spain - including Mallorca, all over Italy - including Sicily, and out to Greece as well. Have also headed West from our native San Diego - to Hawaii (all the main islands) - and further South to Puerto Vallarta on the mainland of Mexico - plus Costa Rica and Nicaragua. In Nicaragua - we had deep fried WHOLE Rockfish (aka "Red Snapper") - at a cute little place just above the beach - for only $5 !!! Yes - only $5 - but admittedly - that was a few years ago. :) Anyhow - Jonathon and Jilly's faire at The Tailhunter is as good as it gets - the fresh Sea Bass in Garlic and Butter sauce - or delicately wrapped in Beer Batter - and Tres reasonable at $15 per offering Please note - that bargain price also includes two "sides" - one of which was a best "side" ever - roasted Poblano chiles and sweet corn and quezo/cheese in an incredible sauce - called "Razas". INCREDIBLE !!! Could easily have that as a Main. As we enjoyed the beautiful Sunset from our sidewalk table - watching people happily stroll along the Malecon - some walking their four legged "fur babies " - and the Mango Margaritas our friendly/informative host Alex brought us were a terrific start. Fortunately we did not overindulgence on the also uber tasty Chips and Salsa. Yes - have to also admit - we too did not venture elsewhere for dinner during our two day visit in La Paz - so guess we will just have to return and explore some more. :) Tom and Libby Schiff

Tacos for every taste. Seafood done right. The best burger on the Malecon. Amazing sunsets and live music all add up to the best dining experience in town.
