Mestizo del Mar exudes a modern luxury vibe with its exquisite lighting and sweeping views from atop Vista Encantada. And, Mestizo is the perfect setting for a special evening for two or for a group of friends wanting to experience fabulous fine dining. The food is always elegantly plated and utterly delicious. Even the Caesar salad at Mestizo’s is an unexpected delight for the senses sitting in its filigree Parmesan basket and topped with a dressing that is OG. Having dined at Mestizo several times this year and last, I can say that every dish we have tried has been a treat for all the senses. The service is of a high caliber and the live music adds another dimension to a dining experience to be treasured.
