La Lomita en Bahía de Banderas

08/03/2024: Be sure to mark this quaint restaurant as a must visit. Absolutely awesome seafood place. The hostess Angelica is super attentive, helpful and speaks pretty good English. The menu is available in both Spanish and English which makes for a pleasant change. Pricing is also super fair. Had the best ever fish ceviche and fish fillets followed by coconut shrimp. This food is not precooked and is prepared on the spot. So if you want super fresh food, expect to wait a bit for food to arrive. Sadly only discovered this place towards the end of our stay.

09/01/2024: We have just arrived in Sayulita, having previously been here in February 2019. We had visited El Jakal a number of times in 2019, and were pleasantly surprised that it still remained an excellent restaurant. Angelica served us, and she was charming and efficient. My wife and I both had a delicious shrimp ceviche, and Kelly also had a chicken taco. Food was wonderful, and we will be back.
