Excelente golf en un hermoso campo y un hermoso día con un súper caddy.

Hermoso, tranquilo y pacífico lugar.

Nuestra quinta estancia porque nos ENCANTA. Mientras muchos vienen a jugar al golf en 3 fantásticos campos, nosotros venimos a disfrutar increíble servicio, muy bien equipado, amplias habitaciones, extensos y variados paisajes y una hermosa laguna. Pero basta de palabras, dejaré que mi Las imágenes hablan de verdad.

The property is amazing, the employees are fantastic. The sales people are nice, but we learn of some inaccuracy (essentially lies) when we come that what was originally explained to us is not true. For example, golf ownership is poorly explained and managed. I should not be paying to play the Dunes but was told the first time that they could not give out golf ownership for Dunes (inaccurate considering we met people who had Dunes options and who bought in years after us...). Disappointed as that is one of, if not the, main incentives. We liked Dave, but we are finding out is much if what he explained we are able to do with out membership is nowhere near possible.

Have to love golf and being off yhe beaten path

Nice golf courses. But everything is way too expensive including the $10 bottled water we were served last night. The staff are great--friendly, helpful, and very courteous. Facilities are nice to look at but not always practical. Our unit, for example, has a beautiful kitchen with zero space for storing food except in the refrigerator. Cabinets are all full of kitchen equipment or barware.

I didn't stay at Diamante, I played El Cardinol. Wonderful course, excellent greens. No bad lies if you stay out of the barranca.

Definitely a beautiful hotel and well kept, although the rooms show some signs of use, with quick patch ups here and there. Still, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is very pretty, surrounded by abundance of plants, palm trees and flowers. At the same time, this is definitely a different experience in comparison to other Luxury resorts Mexico. The Staff is very friendly and attentive, although I am still waiting for my welcome package and a free drink, lol. I feel like I received most of my information by asking rather than being informed ahead of time about where to eat, what to do, etc. The 10 acre swimming pool definitely stands out, it's vast and has a beautiful turquoise color. However, if you are a swimmer, your options are limited here. Although the pool is massive and impressive, most of it is devoted to activities space, such as kayaking and paddle boarding, there's really not a whole lot of designated area for swimming in this large pool. There is also an impressive kids area with inflatables and you can walk there or catch a hotel shuttle. There is a pool with a swim up bar at the OCR side of Diamante though. You definitely cannot swim in the ocean as most beaches in the Cabo San Lucas areas are non-swimmable due to rough waters and enormous waves. The presence of timeshare sales pitch is pretty heavy so just be mindful of that. Most of the guests there are older time share holders who are avid golf players and it is pretty clear that this is the group Diamante caters to, after all, it is one of the best golf resorts in the world. The private yacht sunset tour will cost you about $240 per person, if you are so inclined.
