Birria Los Paisas en Los Cabos

Absolutely delicious! 🤤 The ladies are very sweet! An authentic experience! My husband and I wanted a quieter sit down restaurant than what we saw inside the mall area. Birria was a much appreciated last night’s dinner in Mexico 🇲🇽 for us. 🌹🇲🇽🙏

We finally made it to Birria Los Paisis…..and wow! We came for breakfast on a Monday morning and got right in. It was still hopping with locals at that time, but service was fast, and the food was exceptional. No coffee if you are like me and consider it a staple at breakfast, but the depth of flavor and crunch of the Birria made up for that in spades. Plus we found amazing coffee down the block at Local Donut immediately after. But for Birria, yeah, just go. We have a total of 3 Birria tacos with consumé, and one drink each and the grand total came or $230 pesos (about $13.50 USD). You will leave happy !
