The staff was top notch. The morning hostess, Ivanna, was always smiling and welcoming. She truly made you feel at home when you entered Chaya. The entire staff was gracious. They always greeted you by your name and inquired regarding any food allergies. We enjoyed every meal breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu combined flavors and ingredients from the Mayan culture with other international cuisines making for a wonderful taste sensation.
