14/01/2024: Muy buena la atención, pero hubo un gran detalle Yo mismo pregunté que me recomiendan nunca he hecho ningún detox y ellos me vendieron el detox de tres días , creo que es muy importante no vender por vender , hice un detox de 2 días , por qué me sentí fatal vomité y haste me desmayé de lo hice saber Ademas me recomendaron cuando estaba empezando no consumir ningún sonido . No estoy seguro si volvería darles la oportunidad , desgraciadamente me tocó a mi No vendan por tender asegúrense que el cliente se sienta bien y es preferible para mi empezar solamente un día .

26/10/2023: Cute little vegan/vegetarian restaurant tucked away on the second floor in the back of a spa with pretty bay views. We stopped in at 6pm and were confused at first as you walk into a full service spa. The owner/manager tried her best to get us to book a massage. They must of been slow as she came over several times with better offers. As enticing as they were, we just wanted to eat. Our server recommended the vegan falafel wrap and vegan falafel tacos, that’s what we ordered. Along with the chips and guacamole. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset while we waited (see image). The food came out fairly quickly. We were impressed with the presentation. It was stacked and impressive in size. It tasted as delicious as it looked. We ate rather quickly as we were the only ones in the restaurant and they stopped serving at 7pm. Our server was very friendly and attentive, I think his name was Emmanuel? The food was fresh and tasty. The price was also very reasonable. Some areas of opportunity would be to reprint the menus and offer some juices/mock tails, not just smoothies. But overall, this spot is a hidden lil gem. We would definitely come back and perhaps take the owner/manager up on those offers for a massage. It’s important we support the vegan establishments whenever we can…

12/11/2023: ¿Ya conoces PLATSS? Yo regreso y vuelvo y volveré una y otra vez… Sin duda es mi restaurante favorito en Cancún. Preparan la mejor CAIPIROSHKA de MARACUYÁ del mundo. ¡Mi drink favorito! Es deliciosísimo. … y el Castacán es exquisito, superior al de toda la región. Todos los platillos que he probado tienen un sabor muy fino, siempre hechos con ingredientes frescos. El lugar es súper cool y el ambiente a guuustooo! Y por supuesto, la atención es impecable: amigable y rápida. ¡PLASS es un lugar de excelencia! … y de postre pide el Crumble de Manzana, vas a querer MASSS…

07/02/2024: We ate here on a whim & am really glad we found it. Convenient spot, pretty ambience. The food was fresh & delicious. I'm vegan, my son is vegetarian & my husband eats everything - we were all easily thrilled here! Like everywhere in Tulum, we were pretty shocked at the total on the bill (high) - I don't feel that the value of any restaurant in Tulum matches the prices ... but we were overall thrilled with eating at Palo Santos and would return again. Don't sleep on the summer or veggie rolls :)

19/12/2023: Wow!!!! I absolutely loved this place. We had breakfast here several times during our stay in Tulum and it was delicious. The service was great, the restaurant was decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Lovely comfortable ambience. I would particularly recommend the pancakes. Please try here!!!
