29/04/2024: 1 Horrible el servicio a cliente! no tienen ni idea, no nos hacen un favor, brindan un servicio pésimo! Tenía ganas de cenar con mi pareja y con su actitud nos corrieron!

29/04/2024: Fui este Abril 2024. La atención es horrenda, fui con mis familiares y su actitud es tajante y grosera. Te contestan NO por que no, no son flexibles, actitud pedante y caen mal, preguntas por algo y te explican como si fueras retrasado o como si les molestara contestarte. Tuve que pedir lo que ordene para llevar por el ambiente.

28/03/2024: Stopped in for a quick drink since this place is in my neighborhood. What a pleasant surprise and it’s now my favorite evening hangout! Great food and quality drinks. Top notch service! Highly recommended if you want something different in Playa!

30/11/2023: What a brillant bar. We booked the back room which is the speakeasy. The cocktails were absolutely amazing. It's a little off the beaten track, but well worth the visit. Watching the cocktails be made was like a theatre show, the attention to detail and taste fabulous.

16/07/2023: I contacted this bakery via what’s app to order a birthday cake. They responded immediately and shared the info needed in order to book. I was super excited as their cakes are beautiful. After sending my order in and them confirming their availability, communication was off for about a couple of days after they stated they would send an invoice. I found that to be odd, given they were responsive initially. Against my better judgement, I still went ahead and paid for the order in full once they finally sent the invoice. I was reassured that my order was confirmed and payment received. On my birthday there was NO CAKE, so I sent a text inquiring about the status and if there was some type of delay. I was told they DID NOT MAKE A CAKE for me. I was sooooo disappointed. Supposedly, they mixed up my order with a person that had the same last name. Unsure how that can happen, as I’m sure it was for two different items. I immediately asked for a refund. They were apologetic and agreed to provide a refund and still give me a complimentary cake. They later backtracked because they stated they were unable to deliver it during a reasonable time and wanted to charge more money for a delivery fee to Riviera Maya at a later time. This was a mistake they made that literally ruined my plans for my bday and they were “very apologetic” about it because it “never happens” but yet wouldn’t go out of their way to right this wrong. The next day, I ended up grabbing a cake from the grocery store bakery that had great reviews. The cake was delicious and much cheaper. I do not recommend Rosa Menta Bakery and would encourage people to check out local grocery stores to order from. You won’t end up disappointed on your special day.
