24/11/2023: Habíamos venido antes y súper rico y excelente atención… pedí unos tacos de pescado, me tomó la orden el chef (no un mesero), le especifiqué que soy alérgica al camarón, que quería tacos de pescado y me insistió en el camarón que porque “el si lo sabía cocinar”…. Le negué la recomendación y pedí tacos de pescado…. Me dieron tacos de camarón…. Le di dos mordidas pensando que si era pescado hasta que el sabor y color lo delató… increíble que jueguen con la salud de sus clientes… PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE COCINA!!!! Lástima que hayan decaído tanto…

26/06/2024: Me sorprendió la relación precio calidad y servicio. (es demasiado accesible) Cualquier platillo servido de una manera abundante, bien decorado, con una variedad de salsas de autoservicio. Lo único que yo mejoraría es a una vajilla buena para las entradas, pienso que servir tan exquisitas tostadas / taco, etc., merecen un buen plato. Todo delicioso, el lugar acogedor, atención buena, también hay que cuidar la organización en las comandas, pero es algo que se soluciona rápido con el tiempo. felicidades a Aaron camarón.

12/05/2024: Es una opción promedio si quieres mariscos a un costo no tan alto para lo promedio en la zona. El ceviche de pescado súper x, el cocktail de camarón si estaba bueno. 01/08/2024: Probé el bufet de desayuno, esta bueno pero no quede de todo satisfecha con el sabor. Las muchachas que nos atendieron de muy mala gana y eran groseras. Las instalaciones son bonitas y limpias.

14/05/2024: We booked Puerto Manjar 2 days in advance during our stay at Vidanta to get a table at sunset. The restaurant is on the beach, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Yes, the sunset is gorgeous, but the service was wonderful too. Our servers, Daniel and Miguel, were excellent. Daniel helped us determine which meals to choose. He sent over the mixologist, a knowledgeable woman who came to the table with a bar cart and helped us craft cocktails to our liking. Our group had the salmon and the grilled catch of the day, which could be prepared in multiple ways: one of us chose garlic and butter, and another selected spicy red sauce. We shared sides of grilled veggies and grilled brussel sprouts. All were very, very good. The beach shades were raised at sunset to allow diners to capture the vista from the restaurant. But the most exciting part of the meal were the flambé desserts prepared table side. I had ordered a Mexican coffee, a combination of liqueurs, cinnamon coffee and sugar. What I did not expect was the spectacular preparation by Miguel, lighting two metal carafes ablaze and mixing the alcohols by deftly pouring fire between the sauce boat pitchers. We also ordered a flambé mango tart and Manuel gave another fire performance. The entire service from drinks to dessert was attentive, gracious, delicious and quite memorable. I highly recommend Puerto Manjar at Vidanta. We will be coming back.

28/04/2024: We were two couples having breakfast here. They serve breakfast luncheons in here and on Wednesdays. They have a lobster special with Caribbean lobsters. Breakfast was amazing. I had the pancakes a stack of 3 which were fluffy and perfectly cooked. Paul had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and avocado on an English muffin. Coffee was a bit weak and the danish were outstanding. The brought the danish to table but didn’t tell you they were charging for it. The ambiance is breathtaking overlooking the beach and ocean. The breeze is heavenly. We are planning to return for lobster on Wednesday night. This is the way to live!

11/07/2024: We have traveled to many countries around the world, but this restaurant focused on sea food really got us. the food is always luxuriously arranged on the plates, BUT the excellent and fresh ingredients from which the food is made, its delicious taste, are simply amazing. Hats off and all credit to the chefs who make a masterpiece. we have been to your restaurant twice already (7 person) and not once did it occur to us that we could find even the smallest beauty flaw in the food you serve, because it was always perfect. Of course, the overall impression is also created by the environment, which is very pleasant, and last but not least, the service is also very important. We were served twice by Fredi and then also a big thanks to the Fernanda and Gloria. the service is very pleasant, there wasn't a moment when they didn't pay attention to us, as soon as the glass was empty, they immediately asked what they could bring more or what they could serve, service at the top level, fast, pleasant, with a smile and grace.

01/04/2024: Pésima atención de la recepcionista, para un grupo de 20 personas y 10 habitaciones tratando de festejar en familia. El hotel se atrasó en el check in (2 horas para realizarlo) y el restaurante te corre como ganado. Sin siquiera buscar una solución alternativa. La comida y atención dentro del restaurante muy buena/buena. Pero el mal momento que pasamos no tiene justificativo. En conjunto Hotel Maya Palace y Restaunant Marenostrum, NO RECOMENDABLES.
