10/07/2024: La calidad es de primera, el sazón muy bueno también y gran variedad. La sierra es increíble, los aguachiles, los ostiones y las jaibas rellanas. De postre los plátanos muy bien.

His recommendations were amazing and he even brought out items that weren’t on the menu for us to try. If I could come here everyday I would. 12 out of 10 experience. Thank you Russel!!

10/07/2024: ¡Fue una experiencia espectacular! Azur es una joya escondida. La calidad de la cena y la presentación fue a nivel de un restaurante Michelin. La flexibilidad para adaptar el menú es admirable. Chef Moisés y el joven Enrique nos hicieron sentir especiales pero así ellos tratan a todos los huéspedes. Y para completar un ambiente divino con música suave en vivo. ¡Digno de regresar!

25/07/2023: ¡Sin duda el mejor restaurante de la zona! Los tacos de pulpo y camarones estuvieron fenomenales. Hospitalidad en su máxima expresión. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. Fuimos 3 veces durante la semana.

17/01/2023: De lo más rico de Cancún simplemente todo está rico desde un aguachile hasta la Estrella de la casa que es el pulpo al carbón, el servicio impecable el día que fui me atendido el dueño y me sugirió un mojito tradicional cubano y de lo más deli 😋

16/08/2023: We went on Aug 11 for my son's birthday dinner and we were looking for steak. We arrived just before 6pm and we had to ask to be seated as all the staff were standing around talking to each other. We were given wonderful seats facing the ocean. We purchased a steak for my son and grilled chicken for me. My friend ordered a ravioli and her son had a breaded chicken. The prices are definitely on the expensive side and this was by far my least favorite meal on my trip. When my son when to take his first bite of his steak he was shocked at how salty it was. I sent it back and they redid it. What I would say is it was incredibly fatty and was not nice looking. I think they go so far with all the over the top pretentions that they do not nail the actual flavor. He ate half his steak and took the rest to the room. He puked all night and I suspect it was the steak. My grilled chicken was lovely but the side of potatoes and asparagus was undercooked so disappointing. My friend's son was the most upset with his meal as he was expecting breaded chicken(envision chicken cordon) and instead had little chicken croquets stacked on an island of pea puree and with little carrots sticking up. I had to trade with him as he felt it was disgusting in taste. In my opinion it was not disgusting but just showy as far as the look and not there with the flavor. I pulled most of it off and just ate the chicken croquets and they were ok. I would literally recommend eating ANYWHERE else locally. We were sitting by another couple at the Westin in the pool and they were talking about their experience there and they had lobster bisque and were horrified with the flavor and texture.

26/04/2024: Excelente lugar, la vista, la comida, solo el servicio les falta profesionalizar, que todos pudieran informarse aunque sea sencillo, estar al pendiente de lo que los comensales requieren porque tardan para todo. No desaprovechen el lugar donde se encuentran junto al río.

19/08/2024: Llame a las 4:10 para hacer un pedido para llevar, son las 4:24 y aún no me han entregan mi comida, son cero empaticos, cero cordiales el dueño como los del servicio, no recomiendo este lugar! No se acercan a decirte nada, si tú no preguntas ellos no te dicen nada. Si quieren un mal servicio hiciste este lugar Adjunto fotos para que se aprecie la hora
