01/02/2024: Pizza Neo is a restaurant of Italian food located in Paseo Montejo, The ambient and the installations are petty good, it's a very calm place so you can go and stay in peace, talking about the service there is nothing I can say, the service is really good the waiters don't take more than 5 minutes in attend you, The food is good, actually they make the food with natural products that make the food taste fresh and is clearly made by the natural products. Honestly, I would return to Pizza Neo.

28/12/2023: Great service, Maria was outstanding and spoke excellent English, which really helped make up for my poor, broken Spanish. I had read in another review that you could order pizza by the slice, and since I was traveling solo, that sounded ideal. Unfortunately, that policy seems to have changed, as "by the slice" is only available from their cart outside. For the price, a full pizza inside is a better option. The Caesar Salad was excellent, and I liked the garlic in oil with bread, but would've preferred the bread to be soft instead of the dried, crispy variety. The bread did work perfect as croutons for the salad though. Overall I was pleased and will return again on my next trip. If you're lucky enough to get Maria as your server (everyone was great as a staff), you're in excellent hands.

07/06/2024: The best pizzas in all of Mérida, it has a variety of foods, I really liked the margarita pizza, a very fresh pizza and the chicken bake, all quality! If they are going to go they have to ask for root beer float

07/06/2024: The best pizza in the Yucatan!!! If your looking for the best New York style pizza this is it. We tried three other places and was No Bueno. Joe and his staff are the most friendly and hardest workers you will find. They want to make your experience the best and they deliver.

19/04/2024: muy grosero el personal!!! desde abajo hasta arriba, pésimo. Lástima por que el lugar esta ok y la comida bien, pero el personal pfffff

18/01/2024: We had a throughly enjoyable time with our chef Ricardo who spoke excellent English and taught us how to make several Yucatan dishes. We made so much food and you were able to take some of the leftovers home. Great few hours, i highly recommend it

12/02/2024: Muy rica la pizza, tienen una carta de vinos excelente y el servicio muy atento, la granita de fresa y el aperol spritz fue de lo mejor, muy satisfechos con precio calidad
