07/02/2024: Amazing food and service! They have a 4 cheese pasta that will knock your socks off and the salad's are amazing. Also try their lasagna is HUGE and delicious.
03/02/2024: Ordered Mediterranean pizza. Delicious and well priced. Would recommend when you need a break from local cuisine. They have their oven for pizza.

26/04/2024: De los restaurantes el portofino es el mejor, la atención de su personal excelente, aunque se les veía cansados siempre dispuestos a atendernos, mis felicitaciones al personal que nos atendió el 25 de abril del 24 a las 10:00 pm.
28/02/2024: La comida estaba muy rica. La comida salió rara pero no fue gran cosa.

08/03/2024: Great food and service overlooking the marina. It is quite nice. We had the calamari to start which were cooked well with a tartar sauce made with capers. I had the Tricolor Pasta with Chicken which was really good. My wife had a beautiful salad with chicken. The apple tart for desert tasted great but the dough was a little soft for a tart. Service was done with a smile all around!
07/03/2024: We came in and got a seat by the water, which was great!!
Then we ordered drinks and it took a while. Then we had to call over a waiter to take our order. My husband and I shared a meal. We have shared before at the same restaurant and no issues. When we got the bill and noticed that we had been charged a huge amount because we shared we were upset. When we asked the waiter about it he could not make eye contact and told us that it was on the menu!! We were upset that we were not told about it and that the cost is a bit ridiculous. Our daughter ordered pasta and she said it was quite tasteless!!
We love this restaurant but are very disappointed in it right now. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter the most!!

04/05/2024: No vengan. Noches baratas, pero todo adentro es caro. No te hacen el servicio a la habitación como te dicen y los servicios básicos de un hotel no los cumplen. AH y son clasistas. Hay mejores. Y la alberca se ve chida en foto, en vivo… TODA es un chapoteadero.
02/04/2024: Al registrarnos nos ofrecieron darnos una habitación con vista al mar si tomábamos una platica de media hora para conocer lo que es Vidanta World y accedimos. El problema fue que no fue media hora. Nos robaron 6 horas por lo que prácticamente perdimos un día de vacaciones. La verdad nos dejó un muy mal sabor de boca nuestra estancia por esa razón.

25/02/2024: I haven’t eaten gluten for almost one and a half years due to health reasons. I ordered a gf pasta, the waiter said it was penne and I ordered a tomato based sauce that was very plain. I know based on my reaction (bloated, tired, headache and severe indigestion) the pasta was definitely gluten. I might expect it if it was a low end restaurant but at this one??? I was sick all night and still am. The kicker is I was charged an additional 50 p. for gf pasta. Honestly I get mistakes happen but being they remembered to charge for it one would think they would remember to cook it. Never again will I order gf pasta anywhere thanks to this place

04/09/2023: Great pizza and homemade pasta dishes at reasonable price, and they deliver to local area! Perfect for family dining.
15/08/2023: We had dinner with 5 friends. The quality of the food was excellent. We had the pizza and chicken parmesano. The chocolate cake and cheesecake we very good as well. The prices were a great value for the amount of food you receive.

16/12/2023: We haven't been there for a few years. Last time it was excellent and it hasn't changed. Miguel was as always a great host. The staff was great. They were helpful when needed and a lot fun. The place is clean and the food was excellent. We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed the experience.

14/09/2023: I have been coming here multiple times a week for three months to get an afternoon coffee. Every single time the girls working there are never nice or friendly and can barely look at me. I always say hola and smile and they look at me like I’m a monster. After receiving my coffee I always smile and say gracias and they never respond. I make sure to go out of my way to be friendly and nice and they all look like they want to spit in my face. There are always 8 employees there always sitting around- 4 on the gelato side 4 on the sandwich side. Nobody ever seems to be working just sitting around talking. When I walk in I see them look at each other like who is going to help me. I really enjoy the espresso there. It’s better then Starbucks I just wish I wasn’t treated with such hostility ever time I walk in the door. A good business would know who I am since I am there all the time, ask me if I wanted my regular order and smile. It doesn’t seem to much to ask that employees not be rude and to smile and not look like you are annoying them. Hopefully things can get turned around and it can be a much more pleasant and positive experience to spend money at this business.
