Los mejores restaurantes de cocina italiana

14/09/2023: I have been coming here multiple times a week for three months to get an afternoon coffee. Every single time the girls working there are never nice or friendly and can barely look at me. I always say hola and smile and they look at me like I’m a monster. After receiving my coffee I always smile and say gracias and they never respond. I make sure to go out of my way to be friendly and nice and they all look like they want to spit in my face. There are always 8 employees there always sitting around- 4 on the gelato side 4 on the sandwich side. Nobody ever seems to be working just sitting around talking. When I walk in I see them look at each other like who is going to help me. I really enjoy the espresso there. It’s better then Starbucks I just wish I wasn’t treated with such hostility ever time I walk in the door. A good business would know who I am since I am there all the time, ask me if I wanted my regular order and smile. It doesn’t seem to much to ask that employees not be rude and to smile and not look like you are annoying them. Hopefully things can get turned around and it can be a much more pleasant and positive experience to spend money at this business.

27/08/2024: El mejor restaurante Italiano, las pizzas están deliciosas! Nos gustó mucho la Pizza de La Casa. Muy buen servicio y la comida de muy buena calidad! La comida llegó súper rápido y nos atendieron muy bien.

24/09/2023: Pésimo servicio. La persona que atendió no sabe siquiera cuál es la pizza margarita, me la entregaron mal, reclamé y su respuesta es que así la hace ahí, pero no tenia ni tomate ni albahaca. Además, el costo es mayor al que aparece en su página

17/07/2024: Me gusta el lugar pero de repente la comida se siente un poco más genérica, en otros restaurantes del mismo tipo en la ciudad, se siente más sabor o más técnica; pero la atención no desmerece.

15/07/2024: This place of pleasure made me ponder, “am I in heaven??”. The ribeye steak made my mouth water and led to me salivate on my steak seasoning the steak with love and joy. The sacrifice of the cows life will be honored forever in my stomach as the most superb stupendous steak that has ever touched my tongue. This dish was handcrafted by gods angels and the seasoning performed somersaults on my tastebuds. Shoutout to my homie in the front Rafael aka the plug. Please tip the man 100$.

03/10/2023: ¡Qué lugar! Lo vimos por casualidad desde la calle y pensamos que sería bueno para tomar un café. Terminamos pidiendo 4 diferentes porque todo sonaba delicioso, ¡y así fue! Gran lugar y ambiente. ¡Muy recomendable!

20/10/2023: Sin duda debes de venir si tienes antojo de buena comida italiana, es riquísimo; el lugar es super bonito y acogedor. La atención es muy buena, y siempre son muy atentos. Muy recomendado

20/10/2023: Sin duda el mejor restaurante italiano en Puebla. Es el concepto de la típica “Trattoria Napoletana”, con infinidad de opciones en su menú, esquisitas entradas (Parmesana de berenjena), ni se diga de sus pastas (fettuccini allo scoglio y pasta al pesto) y nunca se vayan sin probar el delicioso tiramisù 🏻 Autentico sabor mediterráneo acompañado siempre de una cálida bienvenida por parte de la dueña Cristina, siempre lista a recomendar y orientar sobre los nuevos platillos. Ideal para parejas y familias! Un lugar muy muy agradable

10/01/2024: Three of us visited at 11am on a weekday. Reportedly they offered brunch until 1pm, and one of us had had a good experience a few weeks prior. Between the three of us we ordered a clasico sandwich, waffles, French toast and two frappes. Presentation was attractive, the sandwich was adequate, but both the waffles and the French toast had been cooked long before being served, and were tough and dry. Additionally, both frappes were thin ( no ice cream) and the topping was marshmallow fluff, not whipped cream! Overall, a disappointing experience. The total bill was 413 pesos ($25 USD) high for a Oaxacan brunch.

17/06/2024: excelente opcion para comer en tu visita al real de catorce, autentica comida italiana, preparada por el dueño quien es italiano y tiene muy biena sazon, la pizza de flores del desierto deliciosa, asi como las Parmigiana di melanzane ( berenjenas a la parmesana) exquisitas igual como si estuvieras en italia, las micheladas de tamarino y mango deliciosas, cada año visitamos 14 y siempre llegamos a probar en este esplendido lugar. precios justos, atencion de primera.

28/03/2022: it'san incredible place to eat, great italian food, made by an Italian chef. good choice of wine, a nice place to be in Real de Catorce, me and my friends had a good time, nice ambient, worth to go.
