28/07/2023: Cancelaron mi reserva, me preguntaron que si quería reembolso o si me ponían en una fecha en otro lugar del país. Decidí el reembolso, ya pasó un año y aún no me han reembolsado y ni contestan ya mis mensajes.
19/07/2023: They stole my money. I made the reservation for a vacations trip that they cancelled due to issues. The promised me to move the date and an additional person. I’ve been writing them asking for the reservation and money or other options and no one is answering. I lost my money. Don’t trust them.
