05/04/2024: Similar to other reviews our food arrived cold. There is also inconsistency upon like items ordered. It was also disappointing that there are no cilantro accommodations such as chopped onions and tomatoes considering Guy’s food accommodations.
As for the bill, when you ask for Pesos, the equipment does not work. When you ask for dollars it miraculously worked on the card after multiple attempts. Beware of bait and switches.
01/04/2024: Took a while to get our breakfast. Wasn’t busy and with only four options you’d think it would have come out on the quicker side. Nope, and it was cold. Guy would be disappointed.

03/03/2024: $32 USD por 2 bagels simples y 2 lattes pequeños. Sé que la comida del aeropuerto generalmente se cobra más, pero todo el aeropuerto de Cancún realmente lleva eso a un nuevo nivel. Es una broma. Coma antes de ir al aeropuerto si no quiere gastar la misma cantidad de dinero en comida mediocre de gasolinera que en un agradable restaurante.
22/02/2024: Pagamos $70 CAD por 2 hamburguesas y sin bebidas. Es indignante teniendo en cuenta que el salario mínimo en México es inferior a 2 dólares estadounidenses la hora. Las hamburguesas estaban frías, enormes y sin sabor, no gourmet.
No pudimos terminar las dos hamburguesas y tuvimos que terminarlas.
¡México fue una estafa total! No importa cuánto dinero tengas, que te estafen y te mientan es una sensación terrible.
Los visitantes/clientes deben tener en cuenta los precios excesivos y los cargos excesivos durante la visita.

We asked for the check from another server, then the tip was included and when I asked “ is the tip included?” He never answered my question. Don’t waste your money . Cancun has a lot more to offer elsewhere

13/02/2024: Que pena por la sucursal de plaza 2000, siempre pero siempre sirven las papas frías porque las tiene servidas desde ratos, sienpre tengo que cambiarlas, y en general todo cancun es pésimo servicio
03/02/2024: Sucursal de la av. 135 en Cancún, muy tardado, desorganizados, la comida tardó 25 min, pedimos en la máquina y luego dijeron que no había el café que pedimos, el parque de niños es muy pequeño. Las maquinas de autopago dejaron de funcionar
