15/09/2023: We sat down to order some food and drinks before our flight and a female member of staff came over and told us to move on to the blue seats to wait for our flight! She didn’t even look at us and then turned round and walked away!!! Another member of staff came over after we said we wanted to order drinks and food and explained that the area was closed and we could move to the other side and be served - at least she explained why we couldn’t sit there which is more than the rude waiting staff did! We decided to take our customer else where!!!! 😡

13/09/2023: Las personas que venden perfumes dentro del aeropuerto son súper groseras, no tienen tacto para atender. Te hablan como si fuésemos enemigos y aparte te gritan y te ponen caras. Que triste, cada vez más solo el aeropuerto

29/02/2024: Casi nula la cordialidad y empatía hacia el cliente, por parte de las señoras que ahí atienden, argumentan es por traer cubrebocas, razón por la cual tampoco le sonrien a la gente..

23/01/2024: Pedimos un sándwich para el camino. Teníamos prisa, el personal fue muy lento y descortés, se negaron a poner verduras, ¡dijeron que era imposible! (Tomates y pepinos) ¿Qué no está permitido?, no está claro, simplemente se negaron, sirvieron uno como 15 minutos….

21/03/2024: Hace unos días fui con mis padres a beber algo, la atención que nos brindó Ailin fue impecable, muy atenta y se notaba una persona muy noble conmigo y mi familia, la comida fue muy rica al igual que las bebidas. Sin duda regresaría a este lugar.

21/02/2024: Large well landscaped property. 2 or 3 pools plus a water park. Came for a friends wedding & will NEVER go to another HRC Resort !!! Checked in and was given a beautiful ocean view room. However the floor was filthy & sticky (yuck) Front desk can’t do anything until tomorrow. Called the front desk because there was supposed to be free wifi. It was not working & front desk had no idea if & when it might be repaired :( Called the front desk to ask about the TV - also not working… also no idea when it might be repaired… Buffet was unappetizing & looked like it had been out all day WITHOUT any sneeze/cough barriers!!! Going to try Room Service for breakfast. Will update accordingly. Do NOT come here. Btw, its 1.5 hours from the Cancun airport. We used Lomas Travel Service and it wonderful! Alejandro tool excellent care of the whole party!!! Very frustrating! I usually watch an hour of TV before going to sleep.

19/03/2024: Appetizers were good but very overpriced. Hard to believe that a restaurant like this would not provide free safe drinking water with a food purchase!! Insisted that you needed to buy their expensive bottled water!

06/02/2024: Dear TGI Fridays at Cancun Airport, I visited last Wednesday 31st Jan at approx 2pm, and have noticed I have been charged twice on my credit card bill. Do you have an email I can contact you on to send proof and progress a refund?

05/04/2024: Similar to other reviews our food arrived cold. There is also inconsistency upon like items ordered. It was also disappointing that there are no cilantro accommodations such as chopped onions and tomatoes considering Guy’s food accommodations. As for the bill, when you ask for Pesos, the equipment does not work. When you ask for dollars it miraculously worked on the card after multiple attempts. Beware of bait and switches.

01/04/2024: Took a while to get our breakfast. Wasn’t busy and with only four options you’d think it would have come out on the quicker side. Nope, and it was cold. Guy would be disappointed.
