Espectacular, el servicio y atención es de primer nivel, el restaurante delicioso, el hotel perfecto.

The place looks great, the attention is awesome, and the taste of the food is good. However, the amount of food served per dish is the main reason why this place is not greatly recommended. We ordered Pad Thai and we got a little bit of it per dish (2). The mango + mint drink was very tasty but again served in a small cup. Maybe the size of the cup was around 200 ml, but keep in mind the volume of the ice within the drink. Another thing not great of this mango drink was the mango fur. Maybe the staff wanted to prove that this was 100% natural. Go there if you really want to enjoy the restaurant decoration and the staff service but be aware that it won’t be cheap and you would still be hungry by the time you finish your dishes.

Qué hotel de lujo secreto escondido como un oasis. Nos alojamos por 3 noches en la habitación 6, que estaba arriba. Personal súper servicial siempre. La habitación es fabulosa, con un baño enorme y lujoso y la mejor ducha de todos los tiempos. La cama es muy cómoda y muy tranquila por la noche. No hablamos español, pero todo el personal hizo todo lo posible para comunicarse con nosotros y lo logramos perfectamente. Su restaurante es simplemente perfecto. Altamente recomendado.

We stayed at Casa Rodavento for two nights so we could go see the butterfly reserve about two hours away. The hotel is really lovely with a nice bar, heated pool and upstairs hot tub. The hotel was helpful with arranging a driver for us to go see the butterflies, and making a last minute change with him to our schedule the next day. We also really appreciated their flexibility with making us an early breakfast. My only complaint is that only one staff member that I met there during our stay spoke English. We had one person in our group who spoke a bit of Spanish so that was a life saver in terms of getting information about breakfast, etc. For a hotel of this caliber though I'd expect the staff to at least have some basic English abilities.

Overrated. We had the duck tacos and the pad Thai. The duck tacos had so much soy sauce I could not taste the duck. The pad Thai had an overwhelming acidic flavor that didn't make sense. I was also annoyed by their "2 for 1" margarita special. They have posters up for 2x1 and the server also suggested it. I looked at the menu and a margarita was priced at 180 pesos, so we ordered the special. When the bill came we were charged 220 pesos (a price not printed anywhere). When I asked about it, the waiter said, "a margarita is 180 pesos but the 2x1 special is 220 pesos." What???? That is not 2 for 1. They would not adjust the price, despite the small sum in question and an overall bill above $1000 pesos. The setting/decor is pretty. And the staff was great aside from the drink price.

Un hotel 🏨 para Adultos cerca de la CDMX, muy bonito, para relax, recién casados, enamorados etc……hay varios Hoteles de esta cadena para todo tipo de gustos‼️ Muyyyy recomendable gracias 🙏 Por sus atenciones 😀
