Bonito complejo tranquilo con una excelente ubicación. El personal es muy servicial y atento. Las habitaciones son muy rústicas y te proporcionan jarras de agua limpia en tu habitación para que no tengas que comprar las tuyas.

Alaya is absolutely phenomenal! I hope we can return soon. First off, the customer service is top notch. I wish I wrote down everyone’s name to acknowledge them individually, but as I’m writing this a month after we left (which in itself speaks volumes, that I’m still thinking about this place so highly a month later) I’ve forgotten names. The gentleman at the desk set up dinner reservations for us, pool party tables, etc. and if we needed something done, we’d text on WhatsApp and within a few minutes, it was done. I’ve stayed at some pretty phenomenal places, non of which has had service like that. The servers were kind and worked so hard to deliver whatever we needed in a timely and pleasant manner. Second, the setting was out of this world. We had an ocean view villa and fell asleep listening to the waves. We woke up to the most amazing sunrise every morning. The resort delivers coffee and biscuits every morning, which was enhanced by sitting on our balcony overlooking the white sand beaches, turquoise water and lush palm trees to consume our mini breakfast. So serene. The grounds are manicured perfectly, the sand is raked throughout the day, giving it an almost carpet like look and feel. Alaya is only a few minute beach walk to anything you might want to do as well. The location is perfect! The waves are also very mellow here, allowing for hours of swimming with some mild body surfing. Third, the food and smoothies were SO GOOD! Everything we tried was homemade and super tasty with a beautiful presentation. I wish I knew how to cook like that! Fourth, the amenities were fabulous as well! We got massages in the yoga chalet, which were reasonably priced, and did yoga every morning at 9am. The instructors were all very good, different every day which allowed us to practice a different style of yoga daily. Thank you Alaya for such a memorable experience for us! We appreciate all of you!

This place was outstanding! The customer service was really exceptional! We will definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I are currently wrapping up our stay at Alaya but I just had to come on and leave a review before I left! This place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was amazing. Sandra (front desk), Fernando (off-site personal concierge), and Fernando (service staff) were absolutely incredible (along with all of the other staff) and were always checking in to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. The hotel itself is small and quiet, but also right next to all of the amazing food and nightlife, so it was truly the best of the both worlds that Tulum has to offer. The daily complimentary yoga classes were just the cherry on top. 1000000 star experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a quiet yet fun getaway, or any group of friends looking to enjoy the beach with some cervasas and good company.

We loved our stay here, and will certainly be back. The staff was amazing! We loved how close we were to the beach and our room was awesome!! The food was great, and we did not want to leave. This was the best place we stayed in Tulum, and we will be back!!
