Mercado SANO, México en San Miguel de Allende

Soultribe cuisine hits all the points on high end vegan dining. Originality and flavour and presentation. My friend was not enthused until she ate the meat and then asked that we return a day later only to experience another wonderful meal - I wanted to thank the the chef so met Alejandro - very talented chef. The first meal he made a traditional Mexican dish called chiles en nogada - was so flavourful and wonderfully savoury and delicious! The next time we had brunch I ordered a polenta and scrambled tofu dish - yum! Wonderful and my friend ordered a hash brown dish with creamy cashew sauce and avocado - it was ridiculously delicious. Well done! Does not matter if you are vegan or not, don’t miss this spot. Also has a really nice bar but did not partake but the cocktails and mock tails looked wonderful.
