We ate dinner at MB twice during our recent stay. The food was very good, but I expected more from the experience. Our first visit, we joked that our waiter didn’t like us, because he did not spend any time us. We really felt rushed while we watched other tables seem to be catered to. Our second dinner was a better experience. While our waiter was much more attentive, we still watched the chef and manager (and others) interacting with other tables, never once stopping by ours. The food was delicious and the ambiance is very nice. I would definitely recommend but know that you may or may not have the same experience as others share on these reviews.

This is the "fancy" restaurant that was included in our package. As everywhere on the resort the staff was amazing. We had Cesar as our waiter and he was very attentive- even brought me a gluten-free dessert that was not on the menu. The food was ok. Apparently the habanero soup is delicious. I did not get that- I tried the mushroom one- it seemed like I was eating mushroom gravy. My filet was tough. Very tasty but tough. Very nice upscale atmosphere- pianist playing, dim lights (everyone was using their cell phones to read the menu)

07/09/2023: It was a rainy windy morning… Eduardo was our server at Café Solaris. He was very kind, greeted us with a smile and checked on us often to make sure we were taken care of. Many thanks to Eduardo for his kindness. Muchas Gracias!!!
