Isla Vida Restaurante en Isla Mujeres

10/04/2024: When we arrived to the restaurant, we were immediately seated . Our reservation was not until 7:30, but we arrived 15 minutes earlier. SANTIAGO was the best server you could ask for. He made sure that we had everything we needed. He explained to us the menu and showed us his favorite meals. He continuously checked on us and made us feel comfortable. I did not like the texture of the risotto, and this was no problem for Santiago, he took my plate and provided me with a delicious lobster pasta. The manager came to check on me to make sure everything was perfect. I felt so comfortable. They literally treated me like royalty. Thank you Santiago for an amazing dinner while we were on our honeymoon.

22/02/2024: By far the best Italian food in Playa Mujeres and Cancun! Along with the food is the most amazing staff and incredible service. Offering our special thanks to our favorite server, Gustavo, who is so incredibly professional, personable and treated like VIP's every meal we ate there! Our last meal, Gustavo brought us an incredible 7 course meal that he arranged especially for us that included, beef carpaccio, eggplant lasagna, shrimp tortellini, shrimp, mushroom, and spinach pizza, beef short ribs and grilled mahi-mahi! Followed by a velvety Tiramisu and moist and creamy chocolate cake! Simply Amazing! The chef Gerardo is an absolute culinary artisan! Please treat yourself and indulge at this fantastic restaurant!
