Hiroshi Japanese Cuisine, México en Puerto Vallarta

19/03/2024: I have been to the Fluvial and Nuevo Vallarta locations and have always been blown away. Tonight I tried the Romantic Zone location that just opened. True to form Yeo Sushi knocked it out of the park. My wife and I started with some appetizers. We had the grilled baby corn, some nigiri, and the ribeye gyoza. Freaking amazing. We followed that up with the octopus carpaccio and then grilled octopus. Last course was like a ceviche in a crispy roll...I forget what it was called, but it was super fresh and a great finish to the meal. Except we didn't stop there. Our full tummy's made room for the banana pie. Also delicious. Clearly the food is amazing. The ambiance at Yeo also stands out. The wood work looks carefully crafted and intricate. No detail was overlooked. And then there's the staff. We had an exceptional server tending to our every desire. We also had a sommelier stop by and offer us some wine or sake to pair with our meal. Not knowing much about sake we decided to take a chance. The sommelier asked us a few key questions and we let her decide. It was really quite nice. 5 stars seems insufficient. Highly recommended!

18/02/2024: Es mi lugar favorito en VALLARTA para comer sushi... todo es SÚPER BUENO y sabroso y siempre es agradable estar allí... el único inconveniente es que los precios se han disparado... ¡muy caro! Desde este año, ha sido extremadamente caro. Así que te aconsejo que mires el menú en Internet antes de ir allí. A nosotros ayer nos costó $325 CAD con propina... ¡para dos personas!
