28/10/2023: What an amazing evening we enjoyed here at 500 Gramos! After a full day of touring Tulum, hiking the ruins and navigating traffic home we really wanted a comforting and delicious dinner. Wow, that’s exactly what we experienced here. As a point of context, we were just in Italy this past spring, and are hesitant to eat much Italian after that delicious culinary journey. No worries here…do not hesitate to enjoy the simply fresh and amazing pasta dishes at 500 Gramos😍. The portions are very generous which is great because you will want to have some left to take home!!! Service and ambiance are spot on. I only wish we could take this gem back home to Colorado😋 Buono! P.S. The gorgeous steaks all around us made us think we need to return tomorrow to enjoy!!!

28/10/2023: Visited this restaurant based on the reviews. It did not disappoint. We started with the tuna tartare which was beyond delicious. Beautifully prepared and not so salty as other places. They bring out the different cuts of steaks to show you what to expect. I had the ribeye which was done to perfection and was melt in your mouth tender accompanied with vegetables and rosemary potatoes. My wife had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and said it was most delicious. For dessert it was tiramisu and was very tasty. Our waiter Teo was on top of his game and attentive. We will be back.
