Fish Shack La Punta, México en Santa María Colotepec

100% VAYAN! No lo piensen, los mejores tacos de camarones y fritos (pidanlo frito coco) de puerto escondido. Y el agua Chile muy bueno!

Best tacos I've ever had, my husband and I shared the Spicy Crunchy Fried Chicken taco and the Coco Shrimp taco. We also had the Shack Fries and they were amazing too, the fries are nice and crispy so they definitely won't get soggy with the toppings on them especially if you plow through them as fast as we did. I highly suggest eating here, the tacos are really big and they don't go light on anything. The drinks were great too, the mojito is the best I've had in Mexico. We will be back at leat one more time before we leave.

This is the best coco fried shrimp I've ever had!!!! Great Music!

Mmmmuy rico los tacos de camaron capeado, y más la hamburguesa de pescado frito y los mojitos uuuuuuuyyy papá.... sabroso de los mas ricos que he probado. Si, esta algo caro pero por el sabor neta que le quedas debiendo $. Le doy un 12 de 10. Lo siento estaba tan rico que no dió tiempo para una foto.

I walked along the main street in La Punta and stumbled upon the Fish Shack so I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Fish Taco (70 pesos), the Spicy Crunchy Fried Chicken Taco (60 pesos) and a Coke. The fish taco was good; however, the fried chicken taco was awesome! The Coke was in a tall slim can, was ice cold and hit the spot! The place is small, the service was very good all for a fair price. I met a very nice young couple from Mexico City sitting at the table next to me and chatted with them for awhile.

DELICIOUS FOOD BUT CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING!! Group of friends and we didn’t get everything that we ordered: asked the first waitress and without even looking she yelled “it’s coming” (terrible job!!), after 10 mins asked the second waiter and he said it wasn’t on the order (some misunderstanding).. we decided it was enough food anyway so we go to pay and fortunately we checked the receipt because they did actually charged us for it! ..again, the food is delicious so don’t miss it but they have this terrible system to call your name when they bring your food so who knows how much food gets lost XD and looks like they take in more people that the waitresses can actually handle so: always check your receipt!

Un clásico de la Punta que uno debe visitar al menos una vez estando aquí. El sabor de sus platos es riquísimo. Las cantidades se ajustan a los precios. Los camareros son amables. Aunque hay tanta rotación que casi nunca vuelves a ver a los anteriores. Lo único incómodo es el espacio. Pero gracias al nuevo lugar más amplio y cómodo con sus mesas corridas, ha mejorado algo. Totalmente recomendable.

Incredible little place. Gets super busy because of how popular it is so be prepared to wait! Flavours are amazing!
