Cocina Libre Restaurante en Valladolid

The Pomodoro pasta and mushrooms were great!

We had pasta, guacamole with toasted bread and mushrooms with the smoked sausage from Valladolid. Everything was really good. It's a. Good mix between Italien Cuisine and Mexican Cuisine. The Chef and owner Daniel made us feel really welcome. Muchas Gracias to Daniel, the second chef and his wife.

This place is a little gem not far from the centre of Valladolid. Tend to do a lot of research before picking somewhere to eat and noticed it didn’t have a single bad review. It was quite quiet when we got there but still a nice atmosphere, and didn’t realise it at the time but it was the head chef who greeted us and asked us if we needed any help or advice for Valladolid, he was so nice. I had read up beforehand and seen he studied in Europe, so the food is a mix of flavour though was absolutely incredible. I got the garlic pasta with shrimp which was delicious, and I think something the restaurant will become famous for. My girlfriend got the tacos with shrimp, pork and avocado, which I also ate half of, and think they may have been the nicest thing I’ve eaten in Mexico, which says a lot. Whole experience was top notch and the host and owner/chef were so friendly that it made it a top experience. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for somewhere to eat and price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely go back if we were in Valladolid for more time!

Heerlijk eten met verse ingrediënten. Super fijne bediening en een kok die een babbeltje komt doen aan tafel. De inkleding van het restaurant is wat kil, maar verder niets op aan te merken.

Lieu très sympathique méritant d'être connu. Cuisine excelente. Le chef n'hésite pas à sortir expliquer ses plats.

No había podido tener la oportunidad de venir, fue un orgasmo gastronómico. Pedimos una pasta al pesto y una hamburguesa. Sin duda la pasta fue la mejor que había probado. Estoy ansiosa de poder volver. Venden cervezas🤭

Excelente lugar para cenar, la hamburguesa muy buena, tienen mucha variedad y buenos precios, el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Un vrai régal mieux que certains restaurants français Les pâtes aux crevettes sont excellentes Je conseille a 100% Le patron et cuisinier a fait un stage de cuisine en France Prix très correct
