Because there were no recent reviews, we were not sure the Chiles & Beer restaurant had survived the pandemic. However it has and we were very pleased with our dinner at Chiles & Beer. The numerous ceviche-like menu entries all looked delicious. The two that we chose (Tropical Shrimp and Red Wine Berry Shrimp) were both delicious and very refreshing after a hot afternoon walking in Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque. They have more traditional menu items like burgers but there speciality appears to be ceviches. Based on our experience we certainly recommend Chiles & Beer.
