Located above a Gringo fast food restaurant its easy to miss Chi. When you've had your fill of seafood and Mexican dishes Asian provides a nice change. The menu features several Asian groups, as well as typical American Asian dishes. You can get it as spicy as you need. If you want to add to a dish, they're happy to do it. Service is prompt and the kitchen gets it done quickly. Sitting out on the balcony lets you watch the chaos down below and watch the harbor traffic.
