Mi esposo y yo viajamos desde Estados Unidos a San Miguel de Allende para nuestra boda, y estoy encantada de haber encontrado a Vera para encargarse de nuestro pastel. Despite not being a dessert enthusiast, I was undecided about having a cake at my wedding. Just a month before the big day, I made the decision to explore various bakeries, and I am immensely grateful to have chosen Vera at Cafe Verintort. From our first contact, Vera was incredibly prompt in her responses, and when I started giving her suggestions for combinations inspired by my mother and mother-in-law, she wasted no time in getting to work. Although I couldn't approve any of the taste tests, I had complete trust in Vera and her skill.
