Restaurante con un ambiente realmente agradable. Los platos que se sirven son excelentes. Nosotros recomendamos.

Menú fusión con excelente elaboración de los platos. Sabrosos cócteles. El atún está sorprendentemente preparado, pero pide que se cocine un poco menos bien, al igual que las gambas. Los postres también fueron excelentes.

La comida era muy sabrosa y bien preparada. Recomiendo mucho el atún a la pimienta negra, el pan de ajo y la carlota (como la tarta de limón). Además, el servicio fue totalmente profesional y educado.

Definitivamente un gran lugar para comer. El ambiente, la decoración, la comida, el servicio.bMúsica en vivo. Pasamos una velada maravillosa.

¡Qué placer comer una cocina sabrosa y equilibrada con una guarnición de verduras europeas! Una buena Charlotte de postre, un lindo descanso en la tierra de los tacos ;) gran ambiente y servicio, un refrescante vino chileno. ¡Muy recomendable!

After eating at Bote - now called Ruda since the owners broke up. (he left- and Rubi stayed as owner) - after eating there since they opened TONIGHT was the first time I ever had a bad experience. Our waiter was nice. New but super nice. We came early and there was one other table. We ordered and we waited over 90 minutes for our dinner to be served. And not everyone got their food! One person waited even more for their curry. It is possible the kitchen had to go to Chetumal - out on a boat - to try to catch a tuna (impossible since tunas are not from Chetumal). Or possibly they had to go to Chetumal to buy curry for the curry. Who the heck knows what happened. All I know is we waited and waited . No explination. Nothing. And after an entire (now full ) restaurant seemed to have eaten we finally had all gotten our food. Here is the thing. The food was good . The service was good. But there are WAY TOO MANY other 'good' restaurants in Bacalar to wait for 90 minutes to get served just 'good' food. Again, Bote de Leche was one of my favorites. One I recommended to my airbnb guests always. But after tonight I am taking it off my list. I'd rather eat somewhere else. And Ruda is not suffering. They are busy. Really LOUD but really good music started at 8pm. People swarmed to the place to hear the music. And I am super happy for them to have such a great support for the music . That is excellent. Again the woman singing (very loudly) were amazing. So for drinks and music Ruta is a wonderful place. To enjoy food - it is a 5 out of 10. But restaurant evolve. And if Ruta wants to be a hip music hang out. They are winning. For someone who liked to eat really good food with friends/family - it now a no go.

Ce restaurant reste notre top 1 de nos 3 semaines au Mexique. Une cuisine Européenne délicieuse (au bout d'un moment les Tacos ça passe plus ^^), des prix compétitifs. Pour ma part des brochettes de gambas accompagnées d'un excellent gration dauphinois. Les eaux aromatisées aux fruits sont également délicieuses. WIFI disponible et les animaux sont les bienvenus <3 Un service souriant et sympa. Il y a un peu d'attente et il vaut mieux arriver tôt car le resto est connu ! Je le recommande grandement.
