Alux Restaurant en Othón P. Blanco

Roque is the best worker of Alux Restaurant!!! He is very professional and works perfectly. It's very important to have a great service when you are on vacation. I would like to thank you management for having Roque. We are coming back here because of him.

Our room was metres away from this restaurant, so of course we booked it, using the app. On the evening of our reservation, we arrived at our room to be informed that it had been changed to Maiko, also on the SK site. That experience was awful. By the final evening of our trip, we saw that Alux was open and seemed not to be full. We popped in to ask whether they could fit us in at any time that evening (it was 7.30). We were made to feel like absolute criminals for doing so. The sour young woman on reception asked for our room number and suggested we go to Los Corrales as we had a booking there. Jose asked us to 'step outside' and eventually agreed to prepare a table for 8.30. They made an ordeal out of such a simple request. We did eat there in the end; thanks Carlos (Santana) for professional and knowledgeable service with a smile. Food seemed good at the time, but a couple of poorly tummies this morning.
