The ambience is so very special, and the service was always timely and awesome. The dishes that we ordered were exquisite—-never tasted anything like it, with each dish being unique, but always rewarding; never disappointing.

This restaurant is incredible and the favorite place we ate on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta (except our food tour!). The dishes were an inventive mix of authentic and modern, the service was top notch and the cocktail we had (sort of a spicy tequila drink) was the best we'd ever had - it was also $20! While the prices are high, it is worth it.

Excellent service from Jorge snd Carmen. 6 course meal was exceptional. Great experience and highly recommended. The wine pairing worked very well.

Omg, the food!!!! I have never had such a delicious dinner of ceviche, sopas, fish, chicken, and dessert. We opted for their 5 course meal recommended by the chef. This place is for appreciators of Real Mexican Food. We loved this Traditional and Gourmet Mexican Cuisine. It has a very elevated Oaxacan cuisine influence and is at the exact harmonic point of combination, my respects to this chef Montero his mole is much better than the one I tried in Pujols Mexico City.

Desde que llegas la atención de todos los meseros, y en especial de Ricardo, van desde el explicarnos el cuadro, cada uno de los platillos y ofrecernos una entrada maravillosa ( ensalada de aguacate con tomatillo)… acompañadas de las tostaditas con la mantequilla de mole (inigualable el sabor mexicano😋😋) Para compartir el tiradito de atún con salsa de tamarindo…. ub sabor fuerte y delicioso 😋😋, así como el aguachile. Te recomiendo el pescado con pipián de chícharo y un brócoli frito deli 😋😋 y la ensalada de quelites 😋😋, así como el pulpo y el pollo con mole, la presentación y sabores 😋😋 Importante, son platos de buen tamaño, nosotros compartimos para probar de todos… por las salsas y sus ingredientes puede ser “pesado o indigesto” sino estás muy acostumbrado a los sabores… peroooo te garantizo los amarás ❤️❤️❤️… sobretodo los sabores de la hoja santa y de la hoja de aguacate con toques de diferentes chiles😋😋😋 Y cómo vas a querer volver para seguir probando… elige qué vas a probar otro día!!!! Todos los meseros súper amables, excelente presentación, información sobre ingredientes (orígenes e historia) por parte de Ricardo y Alonso… se agradece profundamente la calidad de alimentos y más la experiencia culinaria vivida ya que en todo momento te acompañaron con información No pedimos postre (cosa rara porque somos muy de postre, realmente estábamos muy satisfechos), así que Ricardo nos sorprendió con un mini postre de elote delicioso y de tamaño suficiente para terminar el día y la 1a. Experiencia… volvimos y seguiremos haciéndolo… siempre al “son de la negra” y acompañados de “ Frida y escritores como parte del cuadro de fondo con speedy gonzalez y un torero sobre un fondo azul que te atrapa”. In Tower 1 on the Vidanta campus, this place has The. Best. Molé. We're here as part of a special event, six courses paired with wines from Casas Patronales vineyards in Chile, complete with a representative from the winery to share tasting notes with each table. The food is amazing, a fantastic taste of real Mexican cuisine. Don't get me wrong, I love a good street taco, but this is five cuts above. The staff is friendly and attentive (thanks, Ricardo and Fabricio!), and it has a wonderful sophisticated, relaxed vibe.

It had a very nice environment for a quiet, relaxing meal with the family. The service was amazing, they are very hospitable and cater to all meal needs. The food raised our expectations, in terms of gourmet mexican food. Our servers Jorge, and Alonso were of great service, and the cook Osvaldo is a truly gifted individual. We look forward to coming back and having another great experience.

First time there and not disappointed. Food was excellent and prepared by Chef Osualolo. Service was outstanding and Guillermo and Alfonso were very attentive. We had the tasting menu which included 7 courses and everything tasted great.

Unique and delicious Mexican cuisine in a stunning setting. Ricardo was an attentive waiter and brought the Chef to our table so we could thank him for the delicious food. 3 different molé dishes and a fun birthday dessert. We were sad when Epazote went away, but this is a fantastic replacement.

We came to this place late searching for something delicious and I ended up having one of the best soups I’ve ever had. The service was excellent with Alonso and Guillermo even when we were the last to leave they made sure we enjoyed everything. Highly recommend the bone marrow corn soup, it’s a game changer! Much love to this place and staff.

My husband was desperate to find a restaurant that would have elevated Mexican flavors in a fine dining atmosphere. Jorge and Guillermo made us feel so welcomed and the food was so delicious we came back a second time. The flavors and textures and combinations were so unique and so amazing. We loved having so many familiar flavors that were combined with new and interesting ingredients. The presentation of each dish did justice to their tag line “Artful Mexican Cuisine”. The food really captures the spirit and beauty of Mexico. Chef Osvaldo is a true artist, and has a bright future ahead of him. Tres Aromas made our stay perfect.

Osvaldo is the most creative and diverse chef in the Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit Resort. His creative dishes are always delicious. It's difficult to have a favorite dish because all the dishes were excellent! Choose what you like and I doubt you will be disappointed. Go again and try another delicious dinner. Pamela, the hostess, was kind and helpful. Jorge was an excellent server and often took our table. The other servers were also very attentive. We ate in this restaurant most of the nights we were on the resort.

OK, upfront! This is going to be a very positive review, so please leave a space for us if you are going the same time as us. Leave one table free for us outside please. This restaurant is one of many good restaurants on the Vidanta resort at Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. They are all good, but this one is spectacular. It boasts authentic Mexican cuisine, so no Fajitas or tacos here. I would go so far to say that this is one of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at: why? 1. The environment of the restaurant is beautiful, half of it is outside and the other half inside, both are very good. Our favorite, you may have guessed is outside. 2. The food is tremendous. I had duck with a yellow mole and my wide chicken with a black mole. Both tender and full of flavor, as was everything we ate. 3. Three people: Jorge and Rafael the wait staff, were not only attentive, but friendly, gentle and knowledgeable about their cuisine. They spoke with real passion about it and that passion was justified by the food we ate. Also, Osvaldo the chef. He came to see us and talked about why he cooks in the style he does, why he cooks the food of his grandparents. By the way, if I have mixed up your names gentlemen, please forgive me. 4. No hurry here, enjoy the ambiance, the environment and landscape and of course the flavors. Eating in such a place should be a pleasant occasion, which it is here. It is not the "pit stop" experience one usually finds. Remember, leave a table for us on the outside part of the restaurant please and enjoy!

Tres Aromas is outstanding - definitely the best meal and service we have had at the entire resort (and we tried them all). The flavours were heavenly, the portions were ample and yet our meal was reasonably priced. As for the servers, they were head and shoulders above everyone else we experienced in the resort. Our servers, Ricardo and Rafael, were very professional as well as charming, knowledgeable, entertaining and gracious. What a night to remember!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic evening at Tres Aromas during our stay at the Grand Luxxe resort. The atmosphere is upscale without being ostentatious. Our waiter, Jorge, along with his assistant Gustavo, were helpful and informative, and very attentive throughout the evening, without being intrusive. But the real star of the show was the cuisine - Chief Osvaldo is amazing!!! Each course was perfectly prepared and the flavors were delicate and balanced, with a blend of spices that added layers of complexity to each dish. And don't leave before trying the Spanish Coffee, made tableside. Truly a memorable evening. We'll definitely be back.

We got to meet the chef Ivan so we could rave to him in person about his delectable dishes. We had the duck, short ribs and ceviche - most dishes on the menu are gluten-free! This is our second visit to Tres Aromas . We could easily eat here every day of the week, happily working our way through the entire menu. The dishes reflect the creativity of Chef Osvaldo and his commitment to authentic Mexican cuisine, beautiful presentation, and the freshest of ingredients. The team at Tres Aromas is also exceptional: Pamella is a lovely and gracious greeter; Gustavo and Aloso are attentive and professional and good-humored in their attention and service to guests. We particularly appreciate Jorge who guided us through our selections, provided warm and exceptional service, and made us feel so welcome to the Tres Aromas family. A magnificent experience!

Tres Aromas has recently opened in Tower 1, where Espozote used to be. We were hesitant to try Tres Aromas but what a great experience of Mexican foods absolutely bursting with flavors!!
