The team is very attentive and the food is delicious. But it can be a bit hard for vegetarians to find something else than side dishes. But besides that we don’t have anything to complain about and really enjoyed our stay.

Excelente comida fresca de pescados y mariscos. Y la atención es única como la que tiene el hotel Waldorf Astoria. Ambiente cálidos y con la opción de elegir donde sentarse con A/C o afuera con la temperatura de ambiente. Recomiendo que lo prueben.

Great atmosphere, hospitality and the food was exceptional! Our waiter Juan Luis was very attentive, kind, funny and spaced our evening out brilliantly. Also, bartender Elma, hope I got the name right, was awesome and made excellent drinks. Highly recommend the Baja oysters, spiny lobster and raspberry tiramisu! Great experience for our anniversary!!!

Delicious food and wonderful service! My husband and I got full on the seafood platter for 2, which was just an appetizer and we ate that with the Zucchini salad and we split a bowl of the sea urchin soup! Wow! So good! We got stuffed with that! I had a mock tail called Revenge and that was so refreshing. My hubby had a a delicious glass of white wine from New Zealand and he was a happy camper.😁 Our waiter Sergio surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our 25th anniversary. Great restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria if you’re staying there!😉👍🏼

The Waldorf Astoria Cancun is remarkable. The property is beautiful and the food is amazing but the service makes this place a jewel. Enrique went out his way to make our dining experience unique and unforgettable!

Very good service, amazing food, it was my brothers birthday and they gifted us with a complimentary white chocolate tiramisu. Many courses served throughout the meal and once again, amazing service, was very pleased with my experience here, would recommend and come again

From the moment the hostess sat us down we were greeted with a very kind and friendly server, Orlando. He gave us cocktail recommendations, explained what the catch of the day was, their popular dishes, and was extremely attentive. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they treated us to a small cake and a small cocktail on the house. Overall our experience was a 10/10. Highly recommend coming here! The food was amazing and delicious. Ask for Orlando, he gave us world class service! The manager also came and introduced himself and checked in on how we were enjoying the service.

Excellent cocktails and mock-tails! The fish of the day was perfectly cooked and the Tiradito and salmon appetizers were also delicious! My husband also loved the colossal shrimp. Enrique was an excellent and attentive server with great recommendations. We’ll be back!

Malpeque is delicious! We celebrated our anniversary dinner here and it was incredible. Enrique was our waiter and he was on top of it. Every recommendation was spot on. We started with Sudden Deaths, a tequila cocktail, and they were a perfect way to start the dinner. We had the tuna crudo, whole sea bass, cauliflower and asparagus finished with a chocolate mouse cake- nothing was miss! Treat yourself to this amazing restaurant. You will be so happy you did!

A wonderful meal during a couples stay at the Waldorf Astoria Cancun. The waiter, Sergio, was fantastic! Our food was delicious - we had the octopus, tuna crudo, steak and squid ink pasta. The service and attention to detail was astounding, from the welcome amuse bouche to the final complimentary mezcal tasting - A+ all around! Thank you Sergio for giving us a memorable dinner in a a beautiful spot.

Was not sure what to expect, but I have to say we were not disappointed! Restaurant is beautifully designed with outside seating but protected from the constant ocean breezes. This made the overall atmosphere a very enjoyable experience! The waitstaff was excellent, and our waiter Victor was exceptional! He was very familiar with the menu options, and his descriptions of the food choices were very helpful with our final choices. From the appetizers, the main course and side dishes. His advice and recommendations were spot on! We chose the "catch of the day" for two based on Victor's advice and again were not disappointed. The main entree was outstanding. Beautifully prepared, grilled, and seasoned to perfection! The overall ambiance, excellently prepared dishes, and Victor's personal attention made the night perfect. Without a doubt, the best meal and night in during our entire stay!

Tuna crudo and wife’s Rockfish were excellent. Waygu filet was over the top good. Jaime provided exceptional and friendly service.

Incredible in every way. Thoughtful presentation. Service above and beyond. Sergio truly cares about his guests. From recommendations to making sure we had the dessert we heard about from another restaurant on the property, he made sure we were happy.
