Yummy food with great service and attention, especially with patient and kind Victor! We had the specialty pastas and risotto which were both great!

We ate there this evening for dinner. We had a cauliflower and cranberry appetizer that was quite good! Our main course was chicken parmesan.and it was very tasty We had creme brulee for dessert. Our waiter's name was Fernando and he was phenomenal! His recommendations we're awesome. His enthusiasm regarding the food we were ordering made our dining experience quite pleasurable. It is obvious that he takes pride in what he does.! We highly recommend Chaya. You will literally be well served if you are fortunate enough to have Fernando as your server!

Amazing food!! Service was outstanding! Great job by Anatael, Samuel and Alain!! The bone in Wagyu ribeye was so delicious, perfectly prepared. A must when you stay at the Waldorf!

Omg the service from Angello was absolutely incredible! We were here on our honeymoon and we felt so taken care of! We felt like we were dining at a Michelin restaurant! So attentitive and he explained everything to us so well along with all the specials! The food was insanely tasty! I would say the best meal we’ve had at WA Cancun was at Chaya! We also had the opportunity to take the Mayan cooking demo at this same restaurant and the staff and chef were so kind and fun and we truly learned so much and ate the tastiest food! We can’t recommend Chaya and their staff enough!

Samuel and Angelo were fabulous. Service was very terrific and the food was fabulous. Outdoors you can hear the ocean waves while being covered from any elements.

The breakfast was amazing we eat kosher and they were super accommodating our waiter named Benjamin went above and beyond for us would definitely recommend this place

We had a lovely dinner on the patio at Chaya last night. Our server, Angello, was very knowledgeable about the food and serving sizes and gave excellent advice. The humachi was amazing and the grilled vegetable bouquet was perfect accompaniment! We will be back!

The breakfast was great. The food isn’t the most memorable, but it was quite filling. The one part that I loved the most was the passion fruit jam and I was lucky enough for Javier to take care of us and he got more passion fruit jam for me. The service was impeccable and I can’t stress that enough. It felt great to be able to sit and watch the lush green plants in a great atmosphere and a server who was always attentive and caring. He checked in with us several times. The whole experience was great and now I am sad to leave.

We love good food and we love good service and this was 10 out of 10 the best food and service and ambience maybe in our entire lives. We literally just came from New York City staying at the plaza and eating at Nobu and this place blew it out of the water. Angelo and his amigo Alberto were top-notch, friendly, informative, and we cannot thank them enough for the most amazing experience. Cannot say enough good things about these guys and this restaurant Try the key lemon pie for dessert- unique presentation and amazing flavor.

We had a lovely experience at Chaya with our 1 year old daughter! The entire staff was so sweet and accommodating for her needs as well as ours! Our server, Benjamin, was very attentive and kind! My husband and I visited Chaya every morning while honeymooning at WA Cancun. The service was excellent! Ivanna, Laura and Miguel took such great care of us! All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I think we tried everything on the menu and enjoyed it all so much. We’ve both said how we will miss having breakfast here when we go home. We cannot recommend Chaya enough.

We went to Chaya every morning during our 1 week baby moon stay at the Waldorf Astoria. From the first to last day we were treated wonderfully and enjoyed amazing food and serene surroundings. The mezcal French toast was my guilty pleasure and one of the best breakfast items I have ever eaten. The Eggs were consistently cooked to desired perfection and the avocado toast was a nice, healthy option. Highly recommended and a special note to Santiago who took such good care of us throughout.

This restaurant and resort is one of the best in the world. We dined with Miguel daily and he was able to anticipate our every need. He was so kind and accommodating and the Waldorf Cancun is our favorite! We have traveled there three times now and are always impressed!

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Cancun. Each morning we dined at Chaya. We were greeted by Laura and Ivanna with a smile. They called us by name each day and treated us like family. They even mentioned this is our home so come home anytime. I’ve read all the reviews that have spoken so highly of the staff but until you experience it yourself you really have no idea how amazing everyone really is. The smiles and conversations had daily were something we’ve not experienced at other properties. Food was flavorful. Highly recommend all the staff at Chaya. Our last morning, we had Miguel as our server who also prepared a complimentary goodbye cocktail for us. They truly go out of their way to make this a memorable vacation destination. We will return!

We had the pleasure of dining with Miguel this morning in Chaya for breakfast. His hospitality and kindness did not go unnoticed. We started with fresh fruit and a pastry basket with homemade jellies and the passion fruit was out of this world. I decided to try a Mexican dish, Chilaquiles which was phenomenal. My mom enjoyed the French toast and sausage. I had the most delicious caramel iced latte. Service was top notch. Everyone has been so kind and lovely. They go above and beyond to get to know guests individually and make recommendations. I highly suggest you visit the Waldorf if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hermoso lugar junto a la piscina donde se puede disfrutar de un desayuno perfecto por dentro o por fuera. El personal es extremadamente atento y se encarga de sus necesidades antes de darse cuenta de que las tiene. Los anfitriones recordaron nuestros nombres cada mañana y nos recibieron con grandes sonrisas. Comimos aquí 5 mañanas y no nos decepcionó una vez. Al tener que lidiar con las alergias a los lácteos y al melón, fueron muy cuidadosos y nunca lo estropearon una vez. ¡Tan agradecido por el cuidado y la gran manera de comenzar cada día! ¡Gracias!

Fantástico desayuno con especialidades locales y brunch con una bengala europea. Ivanna siempre nos dio una cálida bienvenida y se aseguró de que teníamos el mejor servicio! ¡Si te sientas afuera no solo puedes ver el océano sino los dulces sonidos de las aves locales!

El personal era de primera categoría. La anfitriona de la mañana, Ivanna, siempre era sonriente y acogedor. Ella realmente te hizo sentir como en casa cuando entraste en Chaya. Todo el personal fue amable. Siempre te saludaban por tu nombre y preguntaban sobre cualquier alergia alimentaria. Disfrutamos de cada comida desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Tuvimos una cena de aniversario increíble en Chaya! La comida estaba deliciosa, especialmente el postre Key Lime Pie! Waldorf Astoria is the top of the top! The jewel of Cancun surely lives up to its name. Chaya restaurant is no exception. The dining experience is amazing. We as a family ate breakfast here every Morning- food is delicious and fresh. Nothing is overlooked. The wait staff top notch. Anything you wish for will be done We also had a family dinner at Chaya. Again excellent service by Samuel. The food is absolutely amazing. Pride is taken to ensure that everyone is happy and everything is perfect. Thank you restaurant manager Alain for a perfect evening.

Visited in August for our family vacation . Had breakfast here every morning. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff and waiters . Adrian , Manuel , Daniel were all amazing . They were attentive and gave us great service all week . I also want to give a shout out to the amazing Chef - Chef Rocio , she made amazing food daily for us . I would definitely stop by for breakfast here on your stay .

Chaya is THE place to be from breakfast to dinner. The American breakfast with a choice of one cold drink and one hot drink, one cold and one hot appetizer, one pastry basket (French croissant, brioche and bread), a hot main specialty dish and one side of avocado or potato or bacon or bean… nice presentation and Delicious Delicious We enjoyed the pasta night dinner on Wednesday. Omg the sourdough bread!!! So good; crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ravioli, risotto, spaghetti and fettuccine 😋 The food is awesome “Bravo Chef!” but the service is more than perfect! One of the best meals we have ever eaten. Gorgeous and unique presentations, delicious bites, gracious hosts and server, and hats off to the chef(s) who should definitely be award-winning notoriety! From introduction to the restaurant to the final coffee- Chaya was a brilliant experience that will be remembered for years! The yellowfin appetizer, the kale avocado salad and our individual entrees (ribeye and salmon) were incredible culinary delights! May we be so fortunate to return again soon! We dined at Chaya for both dinner and breakfast!
