02/04/2024: Necesitan tener más habilidades interpersonales. Es el servicio que les falta. Pero es una hermosa propiedad. Sólo vino para una presentación e intentaron venderme una propiedad por una cantidad ridícula de dinero. Y una propiedad que nunca será tuya.
02/04/2024: Muy bonito hotel, no todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, el personal muy atento, le pongo 4 estrellas por qué le hace falta una alberca más profunda, la que está tiene aprox un metro de profundidad, les hace falta más personal y en algunas habitaciones no les funciona bien el aire acondicionado.

18/03/2024: Stayed at the JW Resort for 4 days and had breakfast here every morning. I have food sensitivities and the staff and Chef were so accommodating. The service is top notch. A big shout out to our waiter, Victor, on our last day of our visit. Great experience overall.

02/11/2023: Excelente Tasting Menu, muy rico y único que junto con la explicación detallada de manera magistral del Chef John de Sola te hace viajar por los lugares y tiempos. Altamente recomendable sin duda alguna. Volveremos nuevamente!

The service was top notch and the food was absolutely masterful! Each course was explained to us in detail.
The presentation was stunning and each ingredient well thought-out.
We left very satisfied and ultimately very impressed with the chef and his staff.
I would definitely recommend visiting memories for a fantastic meal while in Cancun.

10/01/2024: Amazing food and unbelievable service. The service staff were accommodating and patient while we studied the menu, which was challenging considering how good everything looked. Receiving a personal visit from the chef was a treat and his warmth and passion for his food was beautiful.
