Tomatillos - Farm to Table, México en Los Cabos

This was such a fabulous experience. Our serve for Christian had an amazing sense of humor, and Miss Fernanda also came and checked on us. Graciela and Jose also came out. It was so fun and so special. The food was exemplary and every little detail was attended to. I’m rarely looking forward to having the insight space completed as well.

I’ve been to Villa del Palmar twice now and the 30+ meals I’ve had have not disappointed. But the meal we had last night at Tomatillos was probably one of the best. My fiancée had the Picanne and it “melts in your mouth. The flavors were outstanding” was her quote. Her son had the Sea Bass which he thought was excellent. He couldn’t decide whether Tomatillos’ was better or Neptune’s’. I had the Cauliflower entree which was excellent. From Christian our server to the Chef I cannot say enough. What a great experience. On a side note, do wish some of the other restaurants on the property had a few more vegan options made with tofu or at least a veggie burger would be nice.

Thank you Jose for great service! The restaurant was delicious with great food and dessert. We had steak and chicken farm for dinner and a chocolate mousse for dessert. Highly recommend the mojito for a refreshing drink!

Jose made great farm to table food at Tamatillos. I had the salmon and my husband had the picaña, and Delfina Fernando Ana and Alberto gave us wonderful service including a surprise firework desert to celebrate our babymoon stay.

We had a fantastic meal experience. The food was superb and the service amazing. Polite, friendly, relaxed making for an overall delightful time. José was our chef and we were served by Alex, Fernanda, Alberto and Ana.

Had dinner at Tomatillos to celebrate 28th anniversary. We had an incredible experience dining outside. The whole staff was terrific, Chef Jose, Lorena, Alberto, Fernanda and especially our waiter Christian. Service was on point, catered to all our needs. The night was cool and very windy and they provided us with panchos to keep warm. Even surprised us with a cake , please see pictures attached. My wife ordered sea bass , delicious, and I ordered steak ( Picaña). I ordered medium rare. It was cooked perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant and kudos to the staff!!

Fresh ingredients and lovely presentation for our entres. Pleasant and quiet outdoor setting in the courtyard across from the main hotel entrance. Alejandro was our waiter who provided excellent service and had a friendly and gracious personality.

Excellent food and great service. The hostess, Lorena and Chef Jose, did not disappoint. The steak and sea bass were delicious. Delfino provided exceptional service. Manager Fernanda ensured we had the best service.

Setting is lovely in the outdoor courtyard. The staff is attentive and Chef Jose and Delfino made sure to specially attend to our needs as vegetarians. Chef made a vegetarian burger for me with very nicely grilled vegetables including eggplant and asparagus as well as cheese and tasty sauce. Lorena also greeted us and made sure everything was all set. Gerardo and Xiomara also kept things smoothly running and tables, drinks, and food all came out timely.

Fantastic food and service! Wonderful presentation and will definitely return! Highly recommend! Loved the Sangria!

Service was great. Sang me happy birthday, which was sweet. Food was good! Manager was so kind and checked in on food and service after we ate.
